Zion is the owner and CEO of ZED-Holdings LTD., a business connection, and development in EMEA.
Zion is a professional sales and business leader, with about 35 years of experience, leading individuals and companies all over EMEA.
As part of his unique company, Zion has great experience as an executive coacher, locally in Israel, and for multinational leaders, focus on understanding multi-culture and complex business style, and multi-culture team leadership.
Zion is also a volunteer as a mentor and coacher, at the Israel Export Institute, on their “Mentor for Export” program.
Zion’s background includes being one of the first NetApp employees in the Eastern Mediterranean office, and the responsibility to start and open their first office in Turkey and develop the business from
scratch.
Later led all specialty sales for the company, all over EMEA, dealing with all country managers and customers’ executives, developing the business from scratch to multi-millions per year.
Another success story was to start the Isilon business in South Europe upon EMC acquisition, and with his leadership grew the business from scratch to a couple of hundred million dollars per year.
His practical business background as an executive dealing with the complex challenges of running a successful business is blended with his extensive experience as a top business leader.
His specialty is within multi-national and multi-culture business connections, business development, and leading individuals and companies to great success over EMEA.
Zion holds a B.A. in economical and management, and formal director certificate, lead corporate boards.
